Since 1927, South Charleston Electric Company has successfully worked with the area's leading contractors, owners and developers. Performing with a blend of design-built and competitive bid work has allowed us to participate in the design, installation and servicing of many of the area's foremost commercial and industrial projects.

 The late John Moore started the business in 1927. Business was conducted as John W. Moore Electric Company from inception until the name changed to South Charleston Electric Company, Inc in 1946.
